《從 “中國民藝國際視頻網站——中國藤” 建設看跨文化交流與學習》摘要：“中國民藝國際視頻網站——中國藤”是由美國中佛羅里達大學、美國俄勒岡大學與歡迎來到公海7108線路三所高校共同開展的國際合作項目。該網站旨在向西方國家宣傳、介紹蘊育于山東省的中國傳統民間手工藝術與文化。本文記述了三所高校合作建設“中國民藝國際視頻網站——中國藤”的過程。該視頻網站的建設工作，將配合2008年北京奧運會即將到來的有利時機，更好地向西方國家宣傳中國傳統文化與傳統民間手工藝術，增強西方民眾對于中國傳統文化的了解與興趣。我們力圖通過 “中國藤網站”建設中無等級觀念的團隊合作方式，探討文化差異與跨文化交流與學習的問題。

AbstractChinaVine is a partnership project among three universities: The University of Central Florida, the University of Oregon, and Shandong University of Art and Design in Jinan, China. This paper describes the collaborative process involved in making the ChinaVine website that functions to teach English-speaking audiences about Chinese folk art in Shandong Province. The development of this website anticipates the likely interest in Chinese culture prior to, during, and after the 2008 Beijing Oylmpic Games. Using a nonhierarchical methodology for our teamwork, we address issues of cultural difference and cross-cultural learning. THE MAKING OF CHINAVINE: PARTNERING ACROSS COUNTRIES Zhang Yi Gui is in her eighties and lives in Quan Bei Village within Shandong Province, China. Locally, Zhang is known for the shoes that she makes and embroiders for infants. Using multiple colors of thread, Zhang embroiders flower designs on shoes for girls and tiger heads on shoes for boys. The soles are embroidered with evenly placed minute white stitches. Zhang is passing on her craft to her daughter-in-law (personal communication, May 6, 2007). Within Zhang’s lifetime extraordinary political and cultural changes have occurred in China.
